Aereoballet is the fastest and most effective way to change your body and fuel your soul.

In 55 minutes a full-body workout concentrates on: the hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any strong jumping. Small movement in fast repetitions will shape your body and give results in a very short time. Each tone section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long and lean muscles. The technique works to challenge gravity and lift our bodies up!

The cardio section energizing rhythmic workout integrates ballet, jazz and aerobic dance moves into a fluid and continuous low impact session. It is a non-traditional approach to aerobics. A fabulous, fun and flowing workout that is safe and effective for all fitness levels.

What is Aereoballet?

Isometric movements set to fast music sequences to give a total body workout that lifts your back, tones your thighs, tummy and arms, and burns fat in a short time using choreographies from latin, jazz and ballet workout. A unique blend of exercises including lunges, plie’s, squats, tondu’s, releve’s, torso twists, rib cage isolations, hip abductors, standing crunches, leg lifts, tricep kick-backs, push-ups, inner thigh leg lifts, and various cool-down stretches that will re-shape every inch of your body.

How quick can I get the result?

You will see results in 10 sessions, depending also on your nutrition plan. If you would like to lose weight or gain it, we set also some bespoken ‘homework’ in order to get the body you want in the shortest amount of time.

How many classes weekly?

We recommend at the least 2 classes weekly, with 3 or 4 you get faster results. In order to keep the results going we change routines every 3-4 weeks.

Do I need to be a dancer?

Absolutely not. It is a workout for everyone and every age. Our classes are small and everyone is followed carefully. The positions and movements are basic – it is the range of movements that make the difference.
